Traditional Primary Care at Hometown Primary Care
Comprehensive Care with Insurance and Fee-for-Service Options
At Hometown Primary Care, we offer traditional, insurance-based primary care to ensure you have access to the care you need, regardless of your insurance situation. We accept most major insurance plans and also provide fee-for-service options for patients without insurance or those who prefer not to join our Direct Primary Care program.
Our Services & Pricing
We provide a wide range of in-house services at affordable rates, including testing for flu, COVID, strep, RSV, mono, and pregnancy, as well as urinalysis. No surprise bills, all services listed below are included in the price for both new and returning patient visits:
- New Patient Visit: $120
- Returning Patient Visit: $100
Note: These prices cover all services offered in-house, including testing for flu, COVID, strep, RSV, mono, urinalysis, and pregnancy tests. Imaging or send-out lab work are not included.
No Insurance? No Problem!
If you do not have insurance or choose not to enroll in our Direct Primary Care membership, we still welcome you to receive care with our fee-for-service options at the prices listed above. We make it easy to access quality care when you need it most.
