DOT Physicals
At Hometown Primary Care, we provide quick and convenient physical exams to ensure you meet the necessary health requirements for work or sports participation.
DOT Physicals – $100 (Not covered by insurance)
A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is required for commercial drivers to ensure they are medically fit to operate a vehicle safely. Our exam meets FMCSA requirements and includes:
- Vision & Hearing Screening
- Blood Pressure & Heart Health Check
- Urinalysis (if required)
- Overall Physical Examination
Upon passing, you’ll receive your Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) the same day
Pre-employment Physicals
Our Pre-Employment Basic Physicals at Hometown Primary Care include a thorough evaluation of your overall health to ensure you’re fit for the job.
This exam typically includes:
- Vital signs check (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature)
- Basic vision screening
- Physical examination (heart, lungs, musculoskeletal assessment)
- Review of medical history
Cost: $50 (Not covered by insurance)
Sports Physicals
Sports Physicals at Hometown Primary Care ensure athletes are healthy and ready to play. The exam includes:
- Review of medical history
- Vital signs check (blood pressure, heart rate
- Vision screening
- Physical examination (heart, lungs, joints, and flexibility assessment)
Cost: $30 (Not covered by insurance)
